Tena Koe Sophia,
ReplyDeleteYou have done a fantastic job selecting your top 3 interesting facts about New Zealand. It was exciting to find out that there are NO SNAKES in this country. I am from a city named Busan which is located at the bottom of Korea and we used to have snakes in the mountains behind my apartment! My nana's friend once got bitten and it was all too scary for me.
Now I am lucky enough to say that I live in a snake-free land :) Did you know that the Maori name for our land 'Aotearoa' actually means 'long white cloud'? I found this out from another student's blog and thought it was beautiful.
Thank you for sharing these facts on your blog and I'm looking forward to seeing more of your blog posts! Ka pai
