About Logging!

Hey guys and today's blog post is about Logging. If you don't know what logging is then it is when people chopping down trees. I am going to tell you whether I think there should or shouldn't have this kind of my job in New Zealand. Once I have told you my "opinion" I will give you two reasons that will support my "opinion" whether there should or shouldn't be loggers in New Zealand.

I think there shouldn't be a job like logging.

Reason 1. There are animals that live in tree and they would have to leave there home.

Reason 2. Taking down trees are bad for the environment!

So there you go, the two reasons why I don't think there should be a job like logging in New Zealand. I hope you liked this blog post and I will see you on the next 2 blog posts for today. BYE!!

  2. Hello again Sophia,

Thank you for sharing your opinion on whether logging should be allowed in NZ or not. I think you have come up with some important points that we must remember. For us, trees might be something that we could easily use to make materials for building houses or for paper, but it is a home to a lot of animals living in the forest. The animals would be so scared if their house falls to the ground with no warning!

Without trees, there would be no oxygen and without oxygen we won't be able to live. I have a mission for you - have you ever heard of the word 'photosynthesis'? You may have heard it during science class at school. If not, do a quick research and get back to me after finding its meaning! I'll be keeping an eye out.

Until next time, happy blogging :)

    Susie
