"Fern," Sport names

Hey guys and today's second blog post is about the three names of sports that have fern in there name of title and I am going to give you a photo of what it looks like. Then at the end of the blog post I am going to tell you witch one I like the most and why. I am just so excited to do this blog post and so I am just going to jump right into it. Here we go!

Now I am going to announce the uniform I think is the best.
Drum roll please dadada. The black ferns Woo-pie yes. The reason why I chose the Black Ferns is because the uniform has really cool stuff on it, like the strips on the shoulders and very cool logos. So there you go my favourite uniform. Hope you like my blog post and I will see you next time BYE.

  1. Good afternoon Sophia,

I am glad that you were excited to complete this activity on NZ Sports teams! I like the way that you always start your activities with an introduction. As a reader, it is very easy and exciting to read along. Keep up the good work!

Do you want to know an interesting fact about the 'Black Ferns' sports team? Although they wear a silver fern on their jersey, the name 'Black Ferns' come from the black tree fern (mamaku) which is New Zealand’s tallest tree fern!

I like that you have once again included images in your blog post. Remember you will need to follow the instructions below to earn full points for any Summer Learning Journey activity that has asked you to post an image.
