Today I have been working on a little DLO and I have only started it today so I am really proud of the progress I have done here. Today's DLO is about how to make a tidy number and here is a video that you may or may not have known before so please buckle up hold your horses and enjoy!

Great to see you getting your first maths post of 2018 completed! You learnt, or should I say refreshed, this strategy really quickly. Your video is really clear and I love that you got straight to the point without mucking around. I would love to see you use the strategy, making a tidy number, to show how you could solve a more complex problem. For example, could you use this strategy to solve 14 + 2 + 6 + 18=? Keep up the great posting!
